The Fleet Specialist provides critical support to field operations by managing inquiries related to MSOs, plates and registrations. Ensure timely and accurate documentation collection from manufacturers (OEMs), state DMVs, and vendors to facilitate efficient vehicle registration, supporting seamless fleet operations and enhancing customer experience.

The hourly rate for this opportunity is $24/hr.

What You’ll Do:

· Manage the department email inbox, ensuring inquiries are thoroughly researched and resolved promptly.

· Collaborate with registration vendors to address and resolve title and registration issues efficiently.

· Confirm receipt of MSOs, plates and other registration documents with field locations.

· Assist with follow-ups on pending registration requests to ensure completion.

· Coordinate with OEM manufacturers to obtain missing Manufacturer’s Statements of Origin (MSOs) and invoices.

· Resolve discrepancies in registration work and vehicle information, ensuring accurate documentation.

· Update system statuses and revise purchase orders as needed when registration requirements differ from original orders.

· Monitor reports to ensure vehicles are registered within expected timeframes.

· Assist MSO processing operations, including handling of incoming and outgoing MSOs.

· Support field locations by relocating plates during diversions.

· Resolve a wide variety of issues related to plates, titles and manufacturer’s certificate of origin, working closely with the field teams and vendors.

What We’re Looking for:

· Experience in title & registration, MSO, document processing preferred

· Associate’s degree in business related field or equivalent experience preferred

· Ability to learn and utilize multiple applications and scanning systems

· Must be comfortable standing or sitting for long periods

· Must have legible handwriting skills to sign documents efficiently and correctly for extended periods

· Detail-oriented; must be very accurate and pay attention to details

· Must be an independent worker and able to work with minimal supervision

· Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with all levels of company personnel and vendors

· Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and Microsoft Teams

· Availability to work specialty hours during peak season
