We are looking for a Fleet Supervisor who is responsible for the safety, compliance, availability, and cost of the Fleet in Egypt Last Mile Network. The candidate will need to execute the strategy of the team and leverage best practices. This person will play a central role within the larger fleet organization collaborating with multiple stakeholders like operations team, last mile programs team and fleet service providers.

Key job responsibilities
- Evaluate health and safety of fleet. Ensure vehicles are roadworthy and compliant with local regulations by performing audits, providing feedback and trends to leadership.
- Tactically collaborate with multiple stakeholders, internal and external, in order to solve operational needs.
- Responsible for executing a program with ambiguous deliverables and align stakeholders to achieve daily business needs. They will be required to demonstrate the ability to negotiate and influence, showing backbone while dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage deployment and availability of vehicles in Cairo sites. This will require technical expertise to balance tradeoffs between cost, quality, and speed, and escalating to leadership when needed.
- This role will be based in one of our delivery stations in Cairo EGY, and requires ability to travel 20-30% of time across Cairo sites.
