Experience in mining or construction environments preferred. Requirements Familiarity with fleet management systems and heavy equipment. Strong organizational and communication skills. Responsibilities Manage fleet operations, ensuring optimal vehicle utilization and maintenance. Monitor fleet schedules, fuel consumption, and maintenance costs. Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety and efficiency. Maintain site facilities, including airstrips and village equipment. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and Environment policies and address non-compliance issues. Ensure compliance with RDMC’s safety and environmental standards.
