Summary The Fleet & Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for tracking and managing company assets such as vehicles, locating equipment, and technology in their respective district or department. They are responsible for vehicle and equipment conditions, preventative and accident maintenance schedules, and overall equipment cost optimization. Responsibilities + Mange and track all company vehicles and assets within a specific district + Travel to field locations regularly to support technicians and ensure best equipment/fleet procedures are practiced + Ensure proper paint/battery disposal methods are followed + Responsible for accurate fleet and asset assignments + Responsible for repair and retirement procedures + Performs periodic reporting and administrative functions + Manage multiple vendor and partner relations Requirements + Associate’s degree preferred or technical certification preferred, high school education required + 2+ years related experience + Excellent organizational abilities + Ability to travel 20-25% of the time + Skilled at managing competing priorities + Knowledge of computer hardware preferred We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
