Compensation: Hourly range from $35-$40/hour - This compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Requirements YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE IN HEAVY DUTY FLEET VEHICLES: + Performing preventative maintenance inspections and repairs. + Routine Maintenance, oil changes, electrical services, and lubrication. + Accurately recording time, parts, and PM inspection checklists. + Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing all fleet vehicles. + Performing prescribed Preventative Maintenance services. + Diagnosing and identify vehicle and equipment malfunctions to determine corrective actions to be taken. + Repairing or overhauling engines, transmissions, gear trains, differentials, steering systems, brake systems, clutch systems, electrical systems, power takeoffs, hydraulic and pneumatic lifts and controls, and related components. + Brazing or welding frames, sheet metal and various equipment components, such as trailers. + Arriving to work on time. YOU MAY ALSO HAVE: + Proficiency using vehicle diagnostic software. + Ability to perform vehicle and equipment overhaul. + ASE certifications. + Factory certified training. + Diesel Engine Technical degree and/or training.
