Join us as the Fleet and Warehouse Asset Manager responsible for overseeing the management, maintenance, and optimization of our Specialty Gases business fleet and warehouse asset network. Based in Korea, Taiwan or the US, this new and exciting global role translates business requirements and strategic initiatives into high impact investment or improvement projects that drive sustainable growth in our operations. You will be accountable for steering the return on investment and sustainable improvement of the assigned assets profitability and supply resilience. The scope of responsibility further covers fleet and warehouse operation processes of our Specialty Gases business globally collaborating with global teams to ensure overall operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Your ability to influence in a matrixed environment, lead and motivate cross functional teams, and tackle global challenges will be essential to your success.
Location:
The Fleet and Warehouse Asset Manager is a remote position within the United States with preferred locations in Eastern Pennsylvania or in the metro Phoenix areas. Domestic and international travel is required to support business needs.
Your Role and Tasks:
Lead the planning, development, and execution of major capital and operational projects for our fleet and warehouse asset network.Manage capital forecasting for assigned assets with input from supply chain, engineering, and commercial teams.Engage with commercial, supply chain, and quality teams to balance cost efficiency, flexibility, and reliable supply of services.Directly oversee end-to-end improvement activities across the value chain for fleet and warehouse operations.Collaborate with various departments to identify and prioritize continuous improvement plans, acting as the project manager for funding requests and asset improvement activities.Align fleet and warehouse operations with the commercial objectives of the business to achieve a cost-effective and resilient service model.Support new product development processes to establish supply capabilities that meet growth objectives.Support optimization of capacity utilization and productivity plans, contributing to long-term productivity strategies.
Who You Are:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.5+ years of experience in operations, asset management, supply chain, logistics or related fields.Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage complex data sets and maintain data integrity.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, particularly in a matrixed global organization.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven project management skills with the ability to motivate cross-functional teams.Interest or experience in continuous improvement methodologies.Experience in safety regulations and risk management associated with handling hazardous gases is a plus.Broad knowledge of logistics and supply chain management principles.
Pay range for this position: $120,200 to $161,200
