Flex Security Officer – Paid Weekly!

Rate: $22.00-$23.00/hour

In this role you will provide operational support to our cliental. Flex Officers will gain a broad, specialized knowledge of various high-profile posts & will be evaluated for leadership & further growth potential. 

Flex Officer Objectives: 

Provide security for short-term special security assignments.  Support staffing requirements at accounts during shortages due to vacations, call-offs, no shows, holidays, etc.  Assist in start-ups at new accounts which includes working the site & training newly assigned permanent Security Officers.  Weekend and holiday availability needed.  Provide high level customer service to our clients & their guests.

Flex Officer Requirements: 

18 years of age or older.  High School Diploma OR GED.  Strong computer / technology skills needed.  Must be reliable, accountable, punctual, & have a strong work ethic Conflict resolution & de-escalation skills preferred Valid Drivers License required  Must be adaptable to work a a variety of sites Security experience preferred or high level customer service experience  Must be adaptable to all levels of sites Must be able to travel within the Portland Metro Area
