This is a temporary position.
We are seeking a hospitality leader with hotel systems experience, particularly with LightSpeed PMS, FOSSE, FSPMS, and/or Opera. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a cross-functional team are essential. Experience with international teams and supporting global systems is required. Preferred qualifications include strong presentation skills, and attention to detail. Core responsibilities include developing and refining acceptance test scenarios, conducting system user acceptance testing, managing defects in Jira, and maintaining Jira and Zephyr tests. The role involves working with Agile Scrum methodologies, analyzing and documenting business processes, providing subject matter expertise on property management systems, supporting change management materials, and partnering with IT to manage business requests from hotels.
**CANDIDATE PROFILE**
**Education and Experience**
_Required_
+ 4-year Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major plus 5+ years of hospitality leadership experience, OR related work experience
+ 3+ years of hotel systems experience or other relevant experiences using LightSpeed PMS, FOSSE, FSPMS, and/or Opera
+ Strong oral and written communication skills; able to collaborate effectively with others in a cross-functional team
+ Experience working with international teams and supporting global systems and operational processes
_Preferred_
+ FOSSE & FSPMS property management system experience highly preferred
+ Equipped with strong presentation, verbal and written skills, attention to detail
+ Comfortable in a deadline-driven environment, often with changing business priorities
**CORE WORK ACTIVITIES**
+ Refine and write acceptance test scenarios based on IDD.
+ Complete testing based on scenarios and test scripts.
+ Keep Jira bugs updated.
+ Maintain Jira and import scenarios into Zephyr tests.
+ Use Agile Scrum, Jira, and Confluence methodologies.
+ Analyze and document current and future state business processes.
+ Identify areas for improvement.
+ Work with stakeholders and Continent business leaders.
+ Identify operational needs and enhancements.
+ Support the development of change management materials.
+ Maintain MGS pages and other documentation.
+ Analyze and present recommendations from case data.
+ Provide operational input into the support process.
+ Ensure the process is in place to manage business requests from hotels.
The pay range for this position is $47.35 to $56.83 per hour.
**Washington Applicants Only:** Employees will accrue 0.0334 PTO balance for every hour worked and eligible to receive minimum of 9 holidays annually.
