Swoop in to assist residents with their daily needs, from epic bathing quests to daring dressing expeditions.Channel your inner detective to anticipate and uncover resident care needs. No broken glasses or misplaced hearing aids will escape your eagle eye!Become a master of potions and elixirs! Help residents with their daily medication routines, ensuring every pill finds its mark.Transform into a safety superhero, keeping a watchful eye on our residents' well-being. Your spidey senses will tingle at the first sign of trouble!Be the Sherlock Holmes of documentation, meticulously recording resident conditions and any plot twists in their care.Flex those multitasking muscles! QualificationsBasic Qualifications & Experience
Per the state of operation requirements, Medication certification; QMAP-A/L, Med Tech, Med Aide, Nurse DelegationMust be able to read, write and speak the English language.High school or Equivalent (GED)One (1) year experience in some level of elder care preferredProficient computer skills preferredStrong self-management and organization skillsStrong multi-tasking abilities with the ability to handle competing deadlines, flexible and adaptable (Open to change).Ability to effectively handle difficult and sensitive issues and maintain confidentialityWorking Conditions / Physical Requirements
Moderate physical activity required by handling objects up to 50 pounds occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds frequently.Constant standing, walking, and grasping.
