Flexis is the new company in the green logistics sector, with the mission to create more sustainable societies and change the way we move through cities.

Flexis is a joint venture company (Renault/Volvo/CMACGM) focused developing of a new electric vehicule  LCV (Flexevan) and added services to the customers.
Flexis started on april 2024, today Flexis recruted 60 people and up to 300 people in the next years has to develop its digital roadmap and also to support internal people on IT side.
Flexis is an independant company that capitalize when it's useful on IS IT of stake holders.
The IT includes laptops support based on Renault  framework infrastructure and hotline. It also includes support on mobile phone, printers, Renault applications...  

Mission Statement for the IT Management Support 
•    IT local contact for Flexis employees (this is in addition to helpdesk process and to facilitate the support
•    Issue tracking and troubleshooting (in coordination with SPIE and RG helpdesk) on the following domains : Network, Client, Printing, Collaboration, Telephony, MS Office
•    Acts as Operational manager and Single Point of Contact for SPIE
•    IT on-boarding of Flexis new employees
•    Responsible for managing incident ticket efficiency (control lead-time response) and ensure proper monitoring to make sure incident are solved on due-time.
.Responsible for optimizing current support process and writing new processes and rules  

Presence on site :
•    Manage having permanently a presence in Paris area (Guyancourt/TCR and/or Villebon offices) and Lyon area (Wojo) 
•    Remote can be accepted on limited range, as per company needs

We want to become the primary provider of electrified last mile delivery services through connected solutions and vehicles for our B2B partners and customers. To make this project come true, the Joint Venture Flexis has received initial funding and support from three major actors of the commercial vehicle sector.

We are a team of diverse peers looking to create a future company which will grow to 100+ collaborators over the next six months.
We aim to make this project raising significant investments and reach rapidly a significant size with sales in excess of 2Bn. We are thinking big and fast. We will operate at the junction between electric vehicles and the digital world.
