Key Responsibilities
Carry out safety, first aid and security procedures to the highest standard. Be our brand ambassador and provide genuine, personal experiences to all our customers. Deliver service excellence by creating memorable inflight experiences and exceed our customers’ expectations at every opportunity. Attend to customer’s needs in a caring and professional manner. Embrace diversity and be thoughtful and caring to all our customers especially those who need extra help. Be an excellent team player in a culturally diversified environment and contribute to a collaborative and supportive environment. Adapt to situations with confidence, tact and flexibility. Uphold inflight policies and comply with all regulatory requirements.

Minimum age of 18 High school graduate or aboveProficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua)Proficiency in additional language is an added advantageGood communication skillsMinimum arm-reach of 208cm on tiptoe Previous experience in an airline, hospitality or service industry is advantageousHolding PRC ID card

As the position you are applying for is safety-sensitive, the successful candidate will be required to meet the following criteria:

Successfully complete a comprehensive pre-employment background check, including criminal recordsDemonstrate physical fitness to meet the requirements of the pre-employment medical assessmentPass a pre-employment drug test. Testing will be conducted following the HKCAD Guidance for screening of Psychoactive Substances - Annex B, CAD373

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to an interview in Shanghai in early March. Candidates holding a valid TOEIC score of 325 for both reading and listening, or a valid IELTS (Academic) result with an overall Band Score of 6.0 or above, may be exempted from the English assessment. Please upload a copy of your score during the application stage. The assessment result must be within the validity period. Please note that your result will also be validated at a later stage during the recruitment process.

入围的候选人将被邀请于3月初到上海进行面试。候选人如持有有效的托业阅读和听力成绩达到325分，或有效的雅思（学术类）总分6.0分或以上，可能免除英语评估。请在申请阶段上传成绩副本。成绩证明必须在有效期内。请注意，在招聘过程的后续阶段，您的成绩将被进行验证。

Shortlisted applicants will be notified within six weeks and will be invited to complete a digital interview and English assessment. Selected candidates will be invited by email to attend our Assessment Day held in Shanghai in early March. Further applications from candidates who have already applied within the past three months will not be considered.
