This role involves facilitating formal and informal projects, developing and maintaining probabilistic models, and providing insights to drive strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have experience in scenario development, quantitative risk assessment, and strategic planning. **Key Responsibilities:** + Facilitate 4-5 formal projects and 10+ informal framing facilitations per year. + Collaborate with modelers and coaches to develop and refine strategic models. + Write down and develop scenarios to represent a wide range of potential future outcomes. + Describe representative views of the future and identify key decisions and variables. + Quantify risks and benefits using probabilistic modeling tools, such as Monte Carlo simulations. + Identify and prioritize high-impact decisions and variables to guide strategic actions. + Continuously refine assumptions and update models to reflect changes in external and internal factors. + Translate strategic outcomes into actionable plans aligned with annual LTS cycles. + Develop internal capabilities to maintain and expand the use of probabilistic modeling across GE Aerospace. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. + Minimum of 5 years' experience in strategic planning, scenario development, and quantitative risk assessment. + Proficiency in probabilistic modeling tools and techniques. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Excellent communication and facilitation skills. + Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. + Experience in the aerospace industry is a plus. **Additional Information** GE Aerospace offers a great work environment, professional development, challenging careers, and competitive compensation.
