The role we are offering you:
By joining GBTS as part of the NATO Flying Training in Canada (NFTC) program, you will have the opportunity to offer Simulator and Academic training to ab initio Air Force Pilots from Canada and abroad.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide simulator instruction on the Harvard II and/or Hawk 115 Flight Training Device (FTD) to military student pilots in accordance with the applicable NFTC Training Plan and Canadian Forces Individual Training and Education System (CFITES).Develop specific expertise in one of the many aviation related Academic subjects associated with Military Pilot Training in order to create and deliver academic lectures in support of the NFTC training program.Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of specific Aircraft Operating Instructions, applicable Standard Manoeuvre Manual and NFTC pilot training syllabi.Our ideal candidate has:
a military pilot background. knowledge of approved pilot instructional techniques. practical military pilot instructional experience flexibility in handling tasks and projects. excellent oral and written communication skills and good presentation skills in English. solid interpersonal skills.CAE offers:

Other required training or skills:
Candidate must successfully pass a security evaluation per the requirements of the Controlled Goods Directorate of Canada and to CAE being able to obtain all necessary re-transfer authorization in compliance with US ITAR regulations.
