The Float Director of Health Services (DHS) Registered Nurse is responsible for providing leadership in all aspects of nursing services while ensuring regulatory compliance and service excellence. Ebenezer provides on-call/after-hours nursing support to our assisted living /memory care buildings using an efficient and effective triage system. A trained triage nurse is available by phone to provide evaluation and direction for unexpected medical situations occurring at the community during evening and overnight hours. This RN /Nursing position provides support across the Ebenezer organization for our many Assisted Living/Memory Care Communities in Minnesota. Schedule includes; 80 hours every two weeks ; full time RN student loan repayment option, up to $10,000 Responsibilities: Oversee Resident Centered Care Ensure Clinical Compliance Manage nursing department budget Provide leadership and general oversight of the nursing department Lead and/or Perform Coordination of Resident Care Support a marketing plan aimed at full occupancy Required: Associate degree in Nursing One to three years of previous experience as a Director of Health Services in an Assisted Living setting Current MN RN licensure Proficiency in basic Microsoft applications AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers Preferred: BSN Benefit Overview Ebenezer offers a generous benefit package including but not limited to medical, dental, vision plans, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance, PTO and Sick and Safe Time, tuition reimbursement, retirement, early access to earned wages, and more!
