**Overview** Pick your own hours and shifts to fit your schedule The Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) provides for and assists in meeting the senior age residents’ physical, emotional and psycho-social needs while adhering to facility, state and federal guidelines within our Assisted Living/Memory Care Communities. This nursing position is on call/casual hours; ability to pick up shifts ahead for pre-planned needs and for last minute needs This position provides support across the Ebenezer organization for our many Minnesota Assisted Living/Memory Care Community locations Day/Evening This position requires working 3 shifts per month with 1 weekend shift and 1 holiday per year Ebenezer Senior Living is proud be voted 2022 StarTribune Top Work Place, and has received this honor thirteen years in a row. When you come to work at an Ebenezer community, we aim to support your growth, honor your strengths and empower you to make a difference in the lives of others. **Responsibilities Job Description** + Maintains current assessment and documentation using progress notes of resident health status + Implements new and updates current resident care plan + Coordinates resident health services with internal/external providers and getting orders as needed + Handles and coordinates timely and accurate medication and treatment administration + Monitors work and performance of licensed and unlicensed staff **Qualifications** Required: + Current MN RN license or by start date + AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers + (3 week grace period for BLS) Preferred: + Comfortable using Microsoft windows and electronic charting systems + Work experience in a patient support role, LPN or RN + Ability to work with and have sensitivity to the needs of the geriatric population **Benefit Overview** Ebenezer offers a generous benefits package, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, PTO and Sick and Safe Time, tuition reimbursement, retirement, early access to earned wages, and more!
