The Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) provides for and assists in meeting the senior age residents’ physical, emotional and psycho-social needs while adhering to facility, state and federal guidelines within our Assisted Living/Memory Care Communities.
This nursing position is on call/casual hours; ability to pick up shifts ahead for pre-planned needs and for last minute needs
This position provides support across the Ebenezer organization for our many Minnesota Assisted Living/Memory Care Community locations
Day/Evening
This position requires working 3 shifts per month with 1 weekend shift and 1 holiday per year

Responsibilities/Job Description Maintains current assessment and documentation using progress notes of resident health statusImplements new and updates current resident care planCoordinates resident health services with internal/external providers and getting orders as neededHandles and coordinates timely and accurate medication and treatment administrationMonitors work and performance of licensed and unlicensed staff QualificationsRequired:
Current MN RN license or by start dateAHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers(3 week grace period for BLS)Preferred:
