We are looking to add an experienced, motivated Floating Chef Manager to our Corporate Chefs team in MN. As a Chef Manager, you will have the opportunity to assist with overseeing all culinary, safety and sanitation, and operations functions for multiple accounts in the Minneapolis region. This is a Monday - Friday opportunity.
What you'll be doing: Recruiting, training, and retaining a large staffing team, including chefs, cashiers, baristas, cooks, and catering teams. Ensuring that the operation delivers high quality food and friendly service. Ensuring that the business runs in a professional, efficient, and profitable manner. Demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills with all employees. What we're looking for: At least two years’ experience in a supervisory role. At least two years’ foodservice experience; with emphasis on scratch cooking. Proven track record of financial responsibility. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong customer service skills. ServSafe Manager certification. Ability to travel as needed. Compensation:$65,000/year
