Floor Care Specialist

Mon-Sun 7pm-12am

Are you looking for part time employment? Do you enjoy working independently? We are in need of a Floor Care Specialist to work evenings cleaning floors for a client in Albert Lea, MN.

Responsibilities:

Sweep, mop, buff, strip, wax, and polish floors to maintain cleanliness and shine. Inspect floors for signs of damage, wear, or necessary repairs, and report issues to management. Use floor care equipment, such as buffers, scrubbers, and vacuums, ensuring their proper operation and maintenance. Handle and store cleaning chemicals safely, following proper health and safety guidelines. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and floor care products, and report shortages. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are stored properly. Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with building occupants or clients. Ensure all safety standards and OSHA regulations are followed during work.

Requirements:

Previous experience in floor care or janitorial services preferred. Familiarity with floor care equipment and cleaning chemicals. Ability to follow safety guidelines and use equipment properly. Strong attention to detail and quality of work. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
