Floor Care Specialist/Floor Care Technician - Whittier Rehab Hospital - Bradford 
Part Time, Evening 25 hours per week
Pay Rate:  $17.00-$19.00 per hour
 

We are seeking a dedicated Floor Technician to join our team for 60 bed rehabilitation hospital/20 bed TCU unit located in Haverhill. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of floors in various facilities.

Perform carpet cleaning, buffing, and other floor care tasks as neededUtilize commercial cleaning equipment to maintain floors in excellent conditionExecute custodial duties related to floor care and environmental servicesEnsure all areas are kept clean and sanitized according to company standards

Qualifications

Proven experience in floor care, carpet cleaning, and buffingKnowledge of commercial cleaning practices and environmental service procedures Ability to work efficiently and independently in a custodial roleStrong attention to detail and dedication to maintaining cleanliness

Preferred Skills
