Astria Health is seeking a Floor Care Technician to join our team! This is a Full Time position - 5:00pm to 1:30am

 

What you get to do every day!

 

This position is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of all hard surface and carpeted floors throughout the facility and assists with general cleaning as needed. You will:

 

Identify flooring materials, composition, construction, properties, characteristics and how they impact cleaning and maintenance. Assess proper cleaning methods applicable to floor type when cleaning Knowledge of proper handling of chemicals Maintains logbooks and checklists Operates all equipment according to facility and manufactures safety standards Perform other duties as assigned Collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries. Adheres to the core values and standards of the organization.

 

Required Qualifications and Education.

High School Graduate or equivalent. Current WA State driver’s license. One or more years’ experience floor care, tile, vinyl, terrazzo tile, and carpet. Demonstrated proficiency in the operation of floor care and maintenance equipment. Oral and written fluency in the English language.
