As a Floor Manager, Home Delivery you're responsible for managing daily operations of a Distribution Center to maximize productivity and meet daily operational goals.
This is an on-site position based out of our Tracy, California Distribution Center
A day in the life as a Floor Manager, Home Delivery
Lead all aspects of performance and development of Home Delivery associates (and Store Delivery Drivers as applicable) to maximize performance, ensure open communication and collaboration, and encourage professional development.Manage carrier claims, in-home damage claims, and chargebacks based on the contractual agreements in place with the 3PLManage returns in compliance with company standards; to include second quality returns being sent back to the DCsDevelop, manage and distribute monthly home delivery KPI’s and reportingCommunicate 3PL performance, customer service results and improvement plans to 3PL leadership, Field Home Delivery Leadership, and Store senior leadership on a weekly basisAct as main liaison to resolve local home delivery issues (and store deliveries, as applicable)Manage and execute the monthly budget/P&L and PM expectations with weekly reporting on progress.What you’ll bring to the table…

Associate’s degree or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferredMinimum 5 years experience in Home DeliveryMinimum 3 years management experience in Distribution Center or Home DeliveryMinimum Starting Rate: $58,900.00 HourlyUp to: $78,000.00 HourlyPay ranges will be adjusted upward as needed to comply with applicable state and local law. In addition to your salary, based on your role, associates may be eligible for other compensation including bonuses, sales incentives, and long term incentives.
