Floor Plans Analyst
Role Overview The Floor Plan Designer II manages end-to-end floor plan projects with moderate complexity. This role requires problem-solving skills, creativity in optimizing layouts, and the ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders. Key Responsibilities + Independently create, manage, and finalize floor plans for small to mid-scale events. + Optimize layouts for attendee experience, traffic flow, and exhibitor visibility. + Coordinate with sales, operations, and venue teams to ensure requirements are captured and met. + Provide input on design improvements, technical feasibility, and event space utilization. + Conduct site checks or virtual walkthroughs to validate layouts. + Train and mentor Level 1 designers on tools, processes, and best practices. Qualifications + Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Drafting, or related field. + 2–4 years of experience in event/exhibition floor planning or related design work. + Strong CAD proficiency with ability to produce accurate and detailed layouts. + Knowledge of venue specifications, building codes, and safety regulations. + Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
