Oversees the workflow and provides guidance and direction to Creekside Hotel attendants on floor care and special cleaning matters. Shampooing carpets and chairs, steaming tubs and floors, cleaning mattresses and mirrors. All deep cleaning in rooms with floor machines and using steam machine, buffing and stripping marble. Duties include but are not limited to: 

Assist with training of new team members to floor care procedures and equipment.Establishes and executes floor cleaning schedules for Creekside Hotel guest, public areas and records the same.Schedules and directs special cleaning projects for the department.Oversees chemical station and chemical usage protocol. Fills in to do rooms in support of the hotel.Greets guests, responds to guest requests and maintains guest privacy and security to encourage repeat business.Due to the nature of the hospitality industry, team members may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel.Provides constructive input to foster process improvement within the department. Requirements High School Diploma or GED Certificate preferred.1 to 3 years of housekeeping experience with emphasis on floor care required.Excellent organizational, verbal, interpersonal, and customer relations skills.Basic computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Analytical/mathematics skills essential.Able to read and comprehend written instructions.Ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks at once.
