OBJECTIVE:
Provide excellent customer service. Supervise and continuously trains dealers in customer service skills, game protection and policies and procedures. Protect Tribal Assets through effective use of game protection measures and adherence to all Departmental and Casino policies and procedures. Assist in the review and evaluation of dealers. Maintain the operational efficiency of their area.
TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS:
Works in the Pit area in a smoking environment. Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Must be able to work Holidays and Special Events as scheduled. Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate business volume and seasonal needs.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge of Table Games operations.
Public relations, basic math, organization skills, oral and written communications, and supervisory skills.
Ability to interact with all organizational levels, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, and analyze problems and implement sound and objective solutions, ability to work in a fast paced environment.
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
High School Diploma or equivalent
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 1 year of table games management experience
ALTERNATIVE TO MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
1 year of dealing experience
