Immediate opening! Weekly pay + benefits! Monday- Friday; 8:30am-5:00pm $20-22/hour

Responsibilities

Supervise daily floor operations to ensure smooth workflow and productivity Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets Maintain and organize inventory and marketing materials Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards Conduct training sessions for new hires on company procedures and best practice Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain financial records

Qualifications

Excellent team management abilities to motivate and lead staff members High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one year work experience in industry or rehabilitation. Familiarity with retail math concepts is preferred but not mandatory Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
