Working alongside a wonderful team at The Peninsula Bangkok, we are seeking a Floor Supervisor to provide a highly personalized Peninsula guest and housekeeping services to our guests

Key accountabilities 

Provide high and personalized housekeeping serviced and cleanliness to the theme suite according to Peninsula standard. Provide special set up in room as requested. Perform and act as private attendant to guest during the period of visit Make all reservations and bookings as requested. Serve meals and drinks according to The Peninsula standards. Report all repair and maintenance of timely matter and oversee to their completion and all unsual or irregular behavior of guest to the management. If there is no theme suite guest, they will be responsible for inspecting the regular guest room and also maintain the theme suite to be ready at all time. Inspect all rooms (vacant or occupied) checking standard of cleanliness, missing guest amenities and / or supplies ensuring that all special requests and amenities have been completed.   Report any problems to the Housekeeping Management.

 
 
General requirements 

Minimum 1 years' experience as Supervisor or Senior Room Attendant   Knowledge of Guest Room Cleaning, Cleaning Chemical and Equipment Secondary or High school education or relevant University Qualifications (e.g. Hospitality Management or Culinary)
