This includes pressure washing multiple surfaces, projects for carpets, tiles, concrete and miscellaneous floor and hardscapes throughout campus + Follow established practices regarding handling and disposal of classified materials and blood borne pathogens + Respond to routine calls for any facility needs + Washing walls, windows, doors, furniture, baseboards and other items needed to maintain a clean safe environment for our visitors and staff + Seeking out areas that require cleaning and take initiative to complete the task + Collecting and disposing of trash/recycling The Essentials: + High school diploma or GED equivalency preferred + Successfully complete department orientation and any pre/post-employment testing + Ability to communicate effectively (written and oral ) + Ability to use a computer and communicate via email + Ability to multi-task and establish priorities + Ability to maintain organization in a changing environment + Exhibit initiative, responsibility, flexibility and leadership + Ability to use working knowledge of working environment to meet established goals and objectives Visit www.paloaltojcc.org for more information Powered by JazzHR
