This role involves performing routine cleaning, maintenance, and restoration tasks to ensure floors are clean, safe, and presentable. **Qualifications:** No high school diploma, GED or college degree required Must be 18 years of age or older 3 years of floor technician and janitorial experience including but not limited to stripping floors, waxing floors, buffering floorings, and operating machinery + Knowledge of different types of flooring and appropriate cleaning methods. + Ability to operate and maintain floor care equipment. + Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. + Excellent communication and customer service skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy equipment. **Responsibilities:** + Perform floor cleaning and maintenance tasks, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming. + Operate and maintain floor care equipment such as buffers, burnishers, and carpet extractors. + Apply appropriate cleaning and finishing products to different types of flooring. + Conduct routine inspections of flooring to identify and address any issues or damage. + Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. + Maintain inventory of floor care supplies and equipment. + Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure high-quality service delivery. + Assist with other cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed.
