We are seeking a Floor Technician/Housekeeping Aide to join our dedicated team at MVH - Caribou. Our Floor Technician/Housekeeping Aides perform floor maintenance and housekeeping activities in order to provide our residents, visitors and staff with a clean, safe, attractive, and comfortable place to live and work in. Required Experience: + Previous experience with basic floor maintenance and equipment + Experience with institutional housekeeping preferred + Requires proficiency in spoken and written English. + Ability to understand and respond to residents’ needs and inquiries in English is required. + Ability to effectively understand and communicate verbally and in writing, in English, is required.
