You’ll work closely with the Lead Trainer to onboard and train employees, equipping them with the skills and knowledge to thrive in our dynamic environment. **What You’ll Do:** + **Certify & Train:** Guide team members to master Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and cross-train employees on diverse job functions. + **Innovate & Improve:** Develop and refine training practices to ensure employees are set up for success. + **Solve Problems:** Investigate routine challenges and provide effective solutions. + **Support & Collaborate:** Keep supervisors informed of team progress while contributing to Quality Assurance audits and conducting safety walks. + **Operate Equipment:** Work hands-on with machinery and material handling tools. **What We’re Looking For:** + **Years of Experience Preferred:** 3+ years in a relevant role. + **Required Experience:** Former trainer, lead, or supervisor experience.
