Flooring Maintenance Supervisor
MAU is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor for Swiss Krono in Barnwell, SC. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead a team of maintenance professionals and contractors, manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities, and drive adherence to safety and operational standards in a manufacturing environment. This is a direct-hire opportunity.

Benefits Package Pay of $89,217 - $123,565 per year based on experience Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Basic Life and AD&D Insurance Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Voluntary Coverage Options Paid Time Off (PTO) Shift Information Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Must be available to support a 24/7/365 manufacturing operation Required Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent 3 years of maintenance experience Understanding of: Electrical control systems (Servo Drives, PLCs) Complex mechanical drive systems Pneumatic and hydraulic systems Utilities: electrical, thermal oil, compressed air, HVAC Preferred Education and Experience 5+ years of management experience in a maintenance or technical role General Requirements Proficient in Project Planner and CMMS systems Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization, from hourly associates to executive leadership Proven ability to lead and manage a diverse technical team, including engineers, technicians, and skilled trades personnel Demonstrated alignment with Swiss Krono core values Anticipate Changes – Step back to assess situations, identify implementation conditions, evaluate risks, and recommend proactive solutions Agility in Execution – Take initiative, act decisively, and adapt quickly to operational changes Drive Maintenance Excellence – Partner with maintenance managers to implement systems and processes that promote urgency and efficiency in maintenance planning and execution Cooperation – Foster collaboration by listening to others, articulating priorities, and seeking synergy across teams to achieve shared goals Make Continuous Progress – Embrace innovation, apply best practices, challenge ideas constructively, and test new solutions to improve performance and outcomes Essential Functions Participate in hiring maintenance personnel Supervise maintenance staff and contractors Organize and lead maintenance training programs Set shift schedules and work assignments Support development of maintenance policies and procedures Order necessary tools, supplies, and equipment Respond to and resolve maintenance requests Ensure project timelines are met Lead safety inspections at work sites Perform maintenance duties as needed Evaluate work sites for maintenance needs Escalate unresolved issues and propose solutions Enforce adherence to company policies and procedures Ensure team compliance with OSHA regulations Implement maintenance best practices Work through maintenance managers to enhance systems and processes Working Conditions Work is performed in a manufacturing environment Must be able to respond and support production needs around the clock Interaction required with internal departments and external vendors, contractors, and equipment suppliers Physical Demands Regularly required to stand, walk, talk, hear, and use hands/fingers Must meet physical requirements typical of a manufacturing environment Travel Up to 5% travel required, including short-notice travel
