Minimum of 2 (two) years of solid experience as Floral Designer or Florist Manager in a large 5-star luxury hotel or resort or in a similar firm. Preferable knowledge of flower arragement. Strong leadership and management skills to lead a team of florists and assistants. Excellent knowledge of flowers, plants, and floral design techniques. Ability to maintain inventory, order supplies, and manage the budget. Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and vendors. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Creativity and attention to detail to create unique and beautiful floral arrangements.
