To comply with Health & Safety legislation at all times and promote a positive H&S culture.KPI focused with a mentality to over achieve where possibleProvide first-line support to all equipment in scope of the Dematic contract.Maintain product flow at all times.Provide basic fault resolution and contribute towards complex faults alongside the engineering teamAs required, provide assistance in maintenance and breakdown situations to the engineering teamTo work within the manufacturers recommendations and industry standard practicesTo drive 5S and value-add practices across sitePrioritisation of multiple system faultsTo ensure quality of output at all timesTo accurately record all work undertakenInvolvement in continuous improvement and sales opportunitiesTo represent the company in a professional manner at all times and maintain customer relationsTo adhere to the Quality processes and procedures as set out by the company

Knowledge & Experience Required

Basic key-skills and basic IT competencySafePass, CSCS Card (desirable)Previous experience/knowledge of automated systems, warehouse or production environment  Working at height experience (desirable)Demonstratable history of safe working and contribution towards a positive working culture
