**Job Description**
Bolzoni Auramo is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our team with a focus on Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interfacing with OEM customers and the OEM Sales Representative, ensuring excellent customer service and accurate data management. Additionally, the role will involve coordinating the smooth and efficient flow of components and materials to meet customer demand.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for OEM customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
+ Collaborate closely with the OEM Sales Representative to support sales activities and customer relationships.
+ Analyze data to compare forecasted sales versus firm orders, providing insights and recommendations.
+ Manage data entry for all OEM sales, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
+ Schedule and coordinate deliveries and shipments to meet customer requirements.
+ Coordinate the flow of components and materials to ensure production linearity using Demand Flow Technology (DFT) principles.
+ Expedite internal production flow and maintain documents to achieve build dates.
+ Oversee lineside inventory levels and safety stock levels in accordance with established DFT inventory targets.
+ Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and order statuses.
+ Prepare and distribute regular reports on sales performance and customer feedback.
+ Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
**Qualifications:**
+ Proven experience in customer service, preferably within the OEM or manufacturing industry.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
+ Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to interpret sales forecasts and firm orders.
+ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
+ Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
+ Knowledge of DFT principles and experience with SAP/SRM systems is a plus.
+ Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
