Fluid Volume Reporting Technician

Pay Rate: $37 Location: Calgary AB Job Type: Contract Our client, a major Oil and Gas company in Canada is looking to hire Fluid Volume Reporting Technician for a 12-month contract. The role is 4 days in office located in Calgary. Retrieve and collate truck/pipeline tickets by company and date. Enter 60-100 tickets daily into Energy Components (EC) system, ensuring accuracy. Review tickets for missing information and verify source/destination of fluids. Research missing data by consulting archives or contacting stakeholders. Troubleshoot data anomalies with Production Accountants and amend incorrect entries. Compile and reconcile Third Party Disposal Reports and rig reports. Ensure timely receipt of all truck tickets for month-end reporting. Communicate with internal teams (Fluid Haul, Production Accounting, Environmental Operations) to ensure data accuracy.
Must have skills: Experience with Energy Components and Well View. Knowledge of SAGD operations and relevant regulatory directives. Strong organizational, communication, and troubleshooting skills. Legally entitled to work in Canada. Familiarity with Directive 7: Volumetric and Infrastructure Requirements. Understanding of Directive 17: Measurement Requirements for Oil and Gas Operations. Knowledge of Directive 42: Measurement, Accounting, and Reporting Plan. Experience with Disposal Waste Manifests processes. Familiarity with SAGD operations, including wells, pads, tanks, sumps, pits, berms, and battery codes.
