As an Onin Teammate you are part of a metal fab team that uses a variety of tools and skills.

Flux Core welding experience- REQUIREDOperate a metal hole punchPrepare all material surfaces to be welded, ensuring that there is no loose or thick scale, slag, rust, moisture, grease, or other foreign matterChip or grind of excess weld, slag, or spatter, using hand scrapers or power chippers, portable grinders, or arc-cutting equipmentRecognize, set up, and operate hand and power tools common to the welding trade

Work Experience
Basic shop safety knowledgeSteel toe shoes/bootsExperience in flux core weldingWillingness to work and learn on the job!Come to work with a good attitudeDependable- Demonstrated ability to be depended on to do what is needed and asked of. Worthy of trust. Reliable resource who can be counted onGoal Oriented- Ability to focus on a goal and obtain a pre-determined resultAccuracy- Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.
