Responsibilities

Works within FM Approvals’ Business Operations team to support the business following established policies and procedures. Responsible for preparing and distributing project-related documents accurately and on time to customers and archiving project correspondence within the various systems and in the FM Approvals’ Technical Information Center.

Responsible for maintaining accurate customer and product information and updating various systems. Researches and validates addresses and product information using procedures put in place to maintain and improve data integrity.

Works within a team to process proposals and contracts through the Approvals’ AIM/CRM system under established policies and procedures.

 

Triage and process Revision Requests through the Approvals’ AIM/CRM system for assignment, preparing and maintaining customer Service Contracts for billing, and sending out the final Revision Request Report.

Conduct audits to ensure Revision Requests are filed accurately in the Technical Information Center

Ensure compliance with Business Operations-related processes and procedures under the Quality Management System

 

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.

Experience:Three or more years of transaction processing experience supporting a workgroupMinimum 2 to 3 years of data entry and documentation experienceSkills/Knowledge:Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookStrength in translating customer requests and submissions into designated FM Approvals’ requirementsGood level of technical skills to help facilitate work with other FM Approvals working groupsStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilitiesExcellent communication skills, oral and writtenExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with people at all levels of the organization and get along with FM Approvals’ worldwide customer base.Strong time management and organization skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize day-to-day responsibilities to meet deadlinesDetail-oriented and good proof-reading skills

The final salary offer will vary based on geographic location, individual education, skills, and experience.
