Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to join our Sales Enablement Team. The ideal candidate will design and optimize training programs to enhance the skills of our sales professionals, leveraging adult learning principles and innovative e-learning technologies to create effective learning experiences Key Responsibilities: • Design and develop engaging, effective Sales training Programs using Instructional Design Models • Develop Learning Solutions- including authoring of e-learning courses and instructor led materials • Review existing training materials to identify gaps and areas for improvement • Revamp training content to align to current sales strategies and business needs • Implement strategies for knowledge retention and practical application • Design tailored Learning Paths for diverse sales team needs , ensuring relevance and impact • Collaborate with sales leadership to ensure training aligns with business objectives • Own the administration of the Learning Management System, ensuring content is uploaded correctly to platform. • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and enhance training content. Qualifications: • Proven experience in instructional design, preferably within sales enablement or corporate training. • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design models. • Proficiency in e-learning technologies and platforms. • Experience with innovative training tools. • Excellent project management and analytical skills. • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
