Responsible for:

Ordering material / parts for the Chelsea Proving Grounds Generating orders using PSAP, ODIMS, JTETSO, MOPAR and other systems to procure Production Parts, Non-Production Parts, Tires, Fuels, Oils, Stationary, Tools, Propane, Janitorial Supplies, Uniforms and more Maintaining purchasing database Log for all orders Following-up on all orders as required Keeping current stockroom inventory and ordering system accurate processing paperwork and maintain a current system to locate all tires i.e. Production, Prototype, EPA (control tires), etc. Using of forklift as necessary Being flexible and willing to support other stock members tasks as required to keep operation running smoothly

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Basic knowledge of mathematics, reading and writing Organizational skills Ability to multitask Self-starter Team Player

Preferred Qualifications:

Associate degree PIV Licensed Background in customer service Background in parts procurement EOE / Disability / Veteran
