**Job Summary**
This role supports programs for the handling of food and alcohol safety to ensure the safety of team members and guests.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
+ Assist in implementation of food handling policies and SOPs-all departments/brands managed by corporate team members.
+ Assist with compliance with state regulations for selling of alcohol and tobacco and monitor for changing requirements.
+ Coordinate training programs for employees for food, tobacco, and alcohol safety, including ServSafe and TAPS.
+ Assist with compliance with food safety and recall requirements for manufactured or supplied food products, including any new state or federal regulations.
+ Help supervise our third-party EcoSure food safety compliance program.
+ Manage the corrective management action process for food offering areas to drive compliance and completion.
+ Manage compliance oversight and drive corrective actions of the company’s pest integrated management program.
+ Stay up-to-date on the latest food safety regulations and guidelines
+ Analyzes data from restaurant food safety audits, including Health Inspections, and provide actionable insights to the organization for continuous improvements.
+ Lead restaurant field support calls and host live food safety webinars to provide consistent training and support across our brands.
+ Support foodborne illness incident readiness protocol for sites.
+ Manage allergen awareness program per the FDA guidelines and update allergen training programs as needed.
+ Manage the process of working with company in-house claims adjusters on guest foodborne illness concerns and propose actionable solutions to prevent future claims.
+ Coordinate with operations to help ensure proper maintenance and sanitation of all facilities.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent work experience.
+ 1 or more years of experience in a food/restaurant related position.
+ ServSafe Certification is a plus.
+ Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel, required.

In this role, the employee is continuously sitting and typing, frequently talking and using eye and hand coordination and may also be required to climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
