As a Food and Beverage Attendant in our Radii Restaurant Bar, you will be responsible for assisting with the efficient running of the department by providing professional, efficient and flexible service at all times when serving food and beverages to our guests.
Some of the responsibilities include:
To seat, present menus, take orders, serve food and beverage to guests according to the established sequence and procedures.To be fully conversant with all services and facilities offered by hotel.To have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all food and beverage items on the menu and ability to recommend food and beverage combinations and up sell alternatives.To handle guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints or problems to supervisorsTo deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times.Assist the Manager in identifying training needsCare Connects Us
