Some of the responsibilities include:

Provide attentive, friendly, and efficient service to guests, ensuring their dining experience exceeds expectations.Maintain a thorough understanding of our food and beverage offerings, including daily specials and menu items, to assist guests with their choices and answer any queries.Accurately take and process food and drink orders, coordinating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery.Set up and clear tables, ensure proper table settings, and attend to guests' needs throughout their meal, including refills and special requests.

Previous Food Beverage experience in hotel environment or similar fast-paced environmentA valid and current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificateSuperior customer service skills along with the capability of working both autonomously and as part of a teamThe ability to create a positive first impression with an understanding of the importance of 5 star grooming standardsThe flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays Ability to work 3 - 5 days a week
