Classification: Part-Time

\n\n\n

Shift: Various (mostly 1pm-8pm but may include other shifts to help cover PTO) – must be available to weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Pay Rate: The pay rate for this role is $24.07 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.

What will I be doing?

\n

As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you would be responsible for greeting and serving guests beverages and/or food in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

\n\nGreet guests and respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner\nBrew, sell, promote and prepare beverages according to established recipes and standards\nTake guest beverage orders and accurately input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system\nMaintains cleanliness of work area/outlet\nAccurately total, process and collect payments from guests to include, but not limited to, using the point-of-sale system, handling money, processing credit and debit cards, making change and processing gift certificates and cards\nRequisition, stock and rotate products\nSecure and store all beverages, food and other equipment items\nDeposit cash drops, secure and balance bank and sign out/in keys\n
