What this opportunity involves:

As a Food and Beverage (F&B) Coordinator at JLL, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional F&B services to our clients. You will be responsible for enhancing engagement, fostering proactive communication, and providing high-touch service within a select portfolio of properties. This client-facing position offers the opportunity to combine your passion for service, brilliant people skills, and enthusiasm for creating a hospitality-focused workplace environment.

An Overview of the role:

Execute F&B services according to SLAs, standard processes, and professional brand imageManage catering satisfaction, including conducting regular satisfaction surveys and optimizing food service operationsAct as the primary point of contact for all client employee inquiries, issues, troubleshooting, and feedback related to F&B servicesFinancial management of F&B services, including budget management and expense trackingPurchase and manage F&B supplies and vendor relationshipsPlan and manage events, such as tech talks, team off-sites, and client-specific requestsProactively collect feedback from business team members and take appropriate actionsEnsure compliance with food safety guidelines, banquets/catering setup, and coffee breaksIdentify, assess, manage, and correct risks as neededManage the work order ticketing systemSupport data collection, analysis, and reporting to align with client goals and objectivesPerform general administrative tasks as requested

Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in office operations in an F&B capacityExceptional customer service skills with a strong passion for hospitalityAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentHighly collaborative with excellent interpersonal skillsStrong internal and external customer service track recordStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational and process management skillsAbility to work independently and adapt to new technology and applications
