Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Missions Description :
Product Development: Design and develop new food and beverage products, ensuring they meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
Process Optimization: Analyze and improve production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure product consistency.
Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure that products meet established standards and specifications.
Research and Innovation: Conduct research on new ingredients, technologies, and trends in the food and beverage industry to drive innovation.
Compliance and Safety: Ensure that all products comply with food safety regulations and industry standards, including HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) guidelines.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, production, and supply chain, to align product development with business goals.
Cost Analysis: Conduct cost analysis for new products and processes to ensure profitability and sustainability.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to production staff on new processes, equipment, and quality standards.
Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product improvements and new product development.
Sustainability Initiatives: Develop and implement sustainability initiatives to reduce the environmental impact of food and beverage production.
