Overview

Full-Time, Year Round

$60,000 - $70,000 annually (based on an hourly rate plus 5 hours of overtime per week)

 

Looking for a dynamic and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team! In this role, you'll be responsible for managing and coordinating all food and beverage operations, including managing budgets, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, developing menus, and managing inventory. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and beverage, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing a team in a fast-paced, high-end establishment.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred3+ years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a hotel/resort settingStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to manage budgets and control costsProficient in menu planning and developmentUnderstanding of inventory management and ordering proceduresAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidaysServSafe certification is a plus Benefits
