What will I be doing?

\n\nManage all Food and Beverage Outlet & Conference and Banqueting operations\nMaintain exceptional levels of customer service\nEnsure compliance of brand standards\nRecruit, manage, train and develop the Food and Beverage team\nManage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner\nWork within budgeted guidelines in relation to Food, Liquor Costs and Payroll\nSet departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures\nAccountable for monthly stock takes\nIncentivise team members to maximize sales and revenue\nCarry out annual and mid-year appraisals with Managers under your responsibility\nBe environmentally aware\nComply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation\n\n
