The Director of Food & Beverage oversees all F&B operations to provide an exceptional guest experience at Waldorf Astoria Seychelles Platte Island. This role is responsible for strategic planning, financial management, and daily operations of all F&B outlets, ensuring quality, efficiency, and profitability.
\nKey Responsibilities\n\n\nLeadership & Strategy
\n\nDevelop and execute F&B strategies aligned with Waldorf Astoria’s brand and guest expectations.\nAnalyze market trends to keep F&B offerings fresh, competitive, and in line with Seychelles’ luxury market.\n\n\n\nOperations Management
\n\nOversee daily F&B operations to maintain service quality and regulatory compliance.\nPartner with culinary teams to ensure efficient, memorable dining experiences.\n\n\n\nFinancial Oversight
\n\nManage budgets, control costs, and implement pricing and promotions to drive revenue.\nTrack financial performance to maximize profitability.\n\n\n\nTeam Development
\n\nRecruit, train, and lead the F&B team, fostering a positive, collaborative culture.\nEnsure high levels of staff engagement and performance.\n\n\n\nGuest Experience
\n\nEnhance guest satisfaction through innovative and culturally enriching F&B offerings.\nAddress guest feedback and resolve any service issues promptly.\n\n\n\nRequirements\n\nExperience: 8+ years in F&B management with luxury hospitality experience.\nSkills: Strong leadership, financial acumen, guest-focused mindset, and team management abilities.\nEducation: Bachelor’s in Hospitality or related field preferred.\n
