How Do You Want to Share? + + Close Job Description Located on the Island’s west end, just a short drive from the main gate, sits the highly-anticipated Cape Club featuring an oceanfront infinity pool with chaise lounges and cabanas, an expansive sundeck overlooking the Atlantic, beach service, and a Latin-inspired restaurant led by Kiawah Island Club Chef Nico Quintero and James Beard Award winner and Club Culinary Advisor Chef Mike Lata. The restaurant will also offer food and beverage service poolside and by the beach, providing Members with the opportunity for al fresco daytime dining throughout the year. The menu reflects an elevated take on traditional Central and South American flavors and preparation with an emphasis on fresh, local seafood. A Food and Beverage Manager at Kiawah Island Club requires attentiveness, outstanding customer service skills, a strong work ethic and the ability to be proactive and exceed Members and guests’ expectations. This position offers a rare opportunity for a Food and Beverage Manager with a passion for fine dining, wine, and luxury service. Our Food and Beverage Managers are hands-on supervisors that work alongside staff to ensure outstanding service and smooth operation of shifts. A Kiawah Island Club Food and Beverage Manager will be an expert at welcoming our guests into our home with warmth, enthusiasm, and grace in this fast-paced, multi-faceted, club restaurant. Service periods will include Lunch and Dinner.
