As a Food and Beverage Seasonal Department Trainer at Six Flags New England...
You’ll contribute to our mission by:
Coordinating and Conducting Food and Beverage department training Assisting in development of leadership training programs Entering certifications into Optim8 Providing general guidance for approximately 800 employees throughout the season Enforcement of grooming policies with all member of the Food and Beverage team Supporting the Guest Service Audit program by conducting audits and ensuring consistent communication of park goals Assisting the Department with filing of paperwork, communication through email, and daily employee interactions Ensuring proper Red Book and Picture-Perfect usage Assisting Sanitation Supervisor with processes and procedures Enforcing and complying with all Six Flags New England policies Assisting in other areas of the Food and Beverage department Performing other incidental and related duties as required and assigned
You’ll do it with your:
Previous training experience. Park experience is preferred, but not required Superior front line customer service focus Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, Publisher and PowerPoint Strong interpersonal, motivational and organizational skills Sense of fun!
You’ll know you’re ready if you are:
18 years old or older Willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays Able to communicate effectively in the English language, including the ability to read, speak, and understand the English language Able to meet the physical demands of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations, including walking long distances, standing for long periods of time, lifting, working at heights, etc.
